Please tell me in your opinion how much Elo I can reach in my best times (games) and at the moment. I don't play much with people, more with bots, because my biggest problem is time, because 10 minutes is a lot for me, and 2 minutes is a little for me and I can't find the right time. Where are my biggest problems and mistakes? Please help!

Hello!

It's impossible to guess your Elo ceiling as we don't know your current Elo. Start play rated games and don't worry about winning or losing or rating, just play for fun until your rating stabilizes. 15|10 or 30|0 are good time controls for improving and try to use at least half of that time by around move ~20. I know it'll seem like a lot of time but if you get in the habit of considering multiple moves every turn you'll soon find it still isn't enough.

As for trying to estimate your rating anyways, it still depends on how slow you were playing, but you're frequently hanging pieces and missing your opponents hanging pieces so probably around ~500. Either way you can get massively stronger by just manually checking every piece for both sides every turn to see if it's hanging. That alone will get you to 1000 easy.
