You shouldńt blunder pawn on move 13, 20.h3 was bad move because black could open g file against your king. 21. Nxd6 was complete nonsense, instead 21.e5 would have won material dxe5 21.Nxe5 Nxe5 (Nc6 is attacked teice) 22.dxe5 (both queen and bishop are attacked) Qxe5 23.Bxb7 winning a bishop.
