I'm sorry, but that layout is impossible. The black dark squared bishop has no way of escaping from its starting position, and both sides have doubled pawns without any pieces being captured.

Am I missing something?

Yes it is impossible. I would recommend Qd7+ followed by BxQB3

A for effort for all the puzzles posted but spreading pieces out randomly on the board and asking what the next move should be isn't really to make a chess puzzle.
