Well, even though Piers made a very silly blunder when losing his queen so early, you can't judge a person's proper ELO rating from one short game. I think with more time allowed on the clock, Piers could be a decent player.
Piers played like he was almost a complete beginner. 200-300 level maybe. Andrew didn't play master level. This ratings estimater by chess.com needs a LOT of work. I wonder how much testing was put into it.

There's another video on YouTube, where Tate is playing another player of around the same level (about 200-400 strength). Tate aggressively attacks his opponent, but blunders his own queen in the process (not a sacrifice, just a clear blunder). Later, Tate checkmates his opponent ... but neither he, nor his opponent, notice the mate.
They both play on for an additional two half-moves, completely oblivious ...
Tate is okay for a casual, infrequent player. But he's not anywhere near master strength ... In a typical chess club, he'd be in the lower half of the players there.
