Don't Move Your Queen Too Often Early!!!
Ummm...unless I'm mistaken, ih8sens, you're the one who makes most of the Q moves--five in total, 28% of the moves of the game. Black makes a single Q move at move 15, hardly too early. Moreover, 15...Qa5+ was not a bad move, and certainly not the losing one for black.
Black might have been better advised to play 16...Bf6, defending against the impending invasion by white's Q, than grabbing the pawn. But the real blunder was 17...Kg7??, which allows white to get his KB into the attack and steal black's queen after 18 Qe7+ Kg8 (forced) 19 Bc4+ Qd5 (also forced). But for all that badness, black would have been OK after 17 ...Ke8. White still has intiative and attacking prospects, but it's a much harder slog.
