Here are two 5 0 games I just played. Nothing spectacular, but they are miniatures and I had fun playing them. (They are both against the same player, but his identity is kept secret)
One question: does the above game count since he lost on time?

If it is under twenty - twenty five moves it counts just look at post 21 for inspiration (not my game)
I usually think of a game that's 20 moves or less as a miniature and they're usually either blunderfests or tactical brilliancies (or some combination thereof), so while a game that was won on time may qualify for length, it's kind of an ill fit if it's not also decisive.

Good definition.
Here is 2 of my best ones. These were FIDE-rated games and not crappy bullet games lol...
Good ones!
here is one of mine
You are lucky he missed 11. Ne6. You would get at least a pawn for the exchange after 11. .. Qb6.
Thirteen moves, Checkmate, Bishop sac, Opponent couldnt defend, period. Oh and cause he let me play the mating move, I have a lot of respect for him.
Shortest tournament game I've ever played. For anyone who knows, it was at the Marshall CC Thursday night action tournament (4 G/30). I was way out of my league, and was 0/3. My grandparents (who had never brought me to a tournament before) thought there were only three games. I sit down for the last round, thinking "great, I have to sit here for another hour to play an unrated" (who was also winless).
This is what happened.
That made the tournament worthwhile.
The game above is a sweet 16 move checkmate that I accomplished with only the Bishop and Knight!
This is a game where I checkmated my opponent with a queen sacrifice. If you were wondering... this isn't a combination that I invented. So do not laud me too much. I don't think the guy I played knew what hit him, lol.
