You're rated much higher than me so i feel silly trying to help you out but all I can say is that you seem to move with purpose and that it good, your opponent some time seemed to just move material without any real plan way to capitalize and nab the upset! Good game!

your knight defends your queen. 19...e4 looks fine to me. "winning the exchange and messing up his pawn structure" but most important of all, getting rid of both his rooks leaving him with nothing against your rook and bishop.
