Yeah - as far as the 'Battle' goes - it was pretty much lost after move 10... d4, because he essentially looses control of the d5 square, and subsequently looses the pawn which he advances too quickly. The loss of the pawn (18. Nxd4) is the source of the collapse of blacks position. I think that you are being harsh on yourself with the question mark for the Knight move - the King cannot castle, and with the strong rook line on the 'g' column (waiting to happen), black is finished, even without the Queen trade. But in addition to this, black's forces are split. If you look at the position after move 19. O-O-O, black's Queen is isloated, she has to get back to her side of the board where she can be defended, and the white rooks are ready to fill that killer 'g' column.
