I really like playing the King's Gambit. It has so many traps and a lot of mating combinations. The King's Gambit is usually won by the person who know the lines and variations better, as long as that person doesn't fall for a trap himself. In this game, a King's Gambit Accepted with the 3.Bc4 line, I didn't mind my opponent bringing out his Queen early and attacking my King. It gave me quick development and my opponent lost control of the center. I was able to throw enough pieces at the enemy King to finally lead to mate in the middle of the board. It's a good example of the mating patterns found in the King's Gambit.
