2 Rooks better than a Queen??
Realistically, 1 to -.13 doesn't really matter as an evaluation at a low elo (not saying this with offense) but it really matters on the position of the queen or rooks.
I mean looking at the game, I would have traded because the queen side files were really open and you could double up and aim at the weakened pawns while the Bishop and queen wouldn't really work well together since his Bishop wasnt useful and was trapped in. But all the pawns are on the center and kingside so queen has some advantages there due to its diagonal abilities. All in all, it's a complex position and I wouldn't stress on it so much. But, if you want to see what would happen, look over engine lines and see what it suggests (after you look it over yourself) and see what happens.
It should be mentioned also, that the 2 bishops would probably contest each other when more pawns are moved or white might try to exchange it off. Since both bishops have at the moment no targets it might not be favorable to.
Yeah, according to theory, two rooks is better than a queen...then of course there can be exceptions! Best of luck @SnrWoody, continue to learn from your games!
There are several factors to consider, but this video of mine goes more in-depth:
