a mod here muted me for 3 months for calling him out

they locked every post I posted when it was just delineating some problems about chess.com and muted me so they can't be seen by anyone ...3 months ..yeah I'm gonna make the most of it

well, I guess we will never know since mods can mute and ban people at will without explaining why or how they broke TOS and it will need a scandal like the Hans Magnus one to get 10% of transparency from chess.com and still they can't abide by their TOS themselves even then since they banned Hans after Magnus insinuated that he cheated not before ... it is just the one example that was brought to light but there is a sea behind it

You did not get banned for calling out the mods and issues on the site. You got muted for being incredibly rude and impolite. There is a difference, and clearly, you don't know it.

first rude and impolite is not breaking the TOS.. secondly I don't care what you consider rude or impolite... it is your view and you are entitled to it but that is it ...i don't have nor need to abide by your distorted or misguided views of what is right or wrong ..i can claim and call anything as I see and you can like it or not ...that is all that you can do and nothing more so live with it
