Hi, I am a 400 on rapid. I don't have premium. Do any of you know how to analyze games better and how to actually use the analyze tool. Plus give me some improvement tips.

Hey! I was around a 400 too when I started, and I found that really focusing on the critical moments of my games helped a lot. Using the analyze tool, I’d look for big mistakes or missed opportunities after each match. I also started playing slower games to think through my moves more clearly. Watching streams of stronger players can give you some solid strategies to pick up on.

Play slower and look for opportunities. In your game against toniki23, you had a free knight and didn't take it early in the game. Then, that knight moved around and took your bishop.

Just quit. You’ll get better. Then you’ll get worse. The game is soul crushing. Get out now while you can

the real basics

Try to castle in the first 10 moves

try not to move the same piece, in the first 10 moves

just because you see you can win in 2 moves- do not forget that your opponent might be able to win with his next move- if you don't prevent him/her.

good luck and welcome to the often frustrating game of chess.
