How do people play bullet games ? I can't get my rating past 100 having played hundreds of games. I've tried moving the pieces as quick
as my fingers will move without even thinking and still struggle win games ! I consider myself a reasonable chess player with a daily rating of round about 1200. Any advice would be appreciated.
If you are not thinking or just premoving, it is hard to win. You should play moves fast, but put at least a little thought into them. Also, if you are trading pieces, you should premove a recapture for if your opponent captures your piece.
A lot of bullet chess success comes down to recognizing familiar patterns and responding instantly.
