Can't seem to play anymore

I have lost 10 games in a row. Apart from someone who disconnected, I can't seem to win anything.

I feel like Manchester City FC.

Don't play random moves. Use your time and think.

In your last game, you started with 15 minutes, and ended the game with more than 16 minutes (there was increment). It didn't matter if you could win a piece or lose a piece, you just played some random move in a couple of seconds. Don't do this.

Especially in bullet, my opponents play ULTRAFAST that I don’t even have time to think. I win games by risking my bishop to attack the queen and they don’t even realise cuz they always premove. Look at my bullet stats. They just go up and down like a roller coaster. Now I’m scared about getting banned. I hope the staffs understand this

I just can't play the game anymore, is there a way of deactivating this account, temporarily maybe? It is making me a bit unhappy to be honest.

You can close the account. It is sort of permanent as far as I know. In order to reopen it, I think you would have to contact support. I do not know the details.

For closing your account go to settings - profile, scroll down, down right click on Manage Account. Then on the bottom, you have the form to fill in so you can close the account, by verifying your identity.

The other option is to just stop visiting the site and keep the account in case you change your mind.
