I played some games with android ... still no android achievement ... 

I want to change pc to ios

I played a team match but haven’t receive the achievement. 🤔

Is that achievement only for live team matches?  ‘Cause I played a daily...

Hey, a friend of mine experiences similar issues with that as well, but i might have a solution soon (waiting for a response from staff member). I logged into my account from an android phone from my collegue today, even played a game and I didn't get the Android achievement. So how DO I get it?

Through an app. Maybe I can try again tomorrow via non-app. I will let you know if that worked.

The achievement should be awarded if you login from the app or from the web browser. It gets bugged sometimes, i've seen other people that had this problem. Wait a few hours / a day after you tried the browser as well (some got their achievements with a delay). If you still don't receive it, contact support, they will help you with this.

I tried again with an android phone from a colleague today, logged in via browser and app, but still the achievement is not being awarded. I made a bug report for it to chess.com, let's see what happens.

most likely you will be awarded the achievement. they must have log files with details of device used to login (operating system, etc)

It happened to me too. I reported it and 24 hours later suddenly got it. 🙂 Thanks chess.com ! 

Sounds good. Did you do a bug report, or send a mail to support?

I referred a friend a few days ago, I got the ' Bring a friend'  achievement, now I gifted him a month of gold subscription, but I didn't get the ' Vip referrer' achievement. Does it have to be the person themselves that upgrades?
