Did Hans Niemann cheat?

Sort:
LukeChopinChess

During a chess game, Hans challenged Magnus Carlson right? Did you see that Magnus lost in less than 10 moves? Was he cheating? Magnus is the best chess player with the fact that he beat most of the chess. How could Hans beat this great chess player?

I don't think any such game exists? Check your sauce.

Hans Niemann has never cheated over the board but Carlsen has against Alexandra Kosteniuk but was called out on it. He then leaves the table like a spoiled child.

Moving a piece after touching another one is not the same thing as using an engine.

he doesn't want to be dethroned as #1 and is making excuses ...

Cheating is cheating. How many times has Carlsen done the same thing when it was not caught on video? I have heard people say about Niemann, "once a cheater always a cheater." Of course that isn't true but if it is applied to Niemann, it can also be applied to Carlsen.

The issue is Hans Niemann is being a dushe in the chess world rn so he's getting more hate than he should ...

David
Not all sorts of cheating are the same, and to declare them as such is nonsense.
GWTR
He just entered the top 30 with a live rating over 2700.

Not

Technically he did but most games he does not cheat and I don't think he cheats now

Well he never finalized the move he was moving the piece as he changed his mind that's not cheating
