You'll need to contact your local federation about it. You don't automatically get a FIDE ID by registering for your local federation.

How do you get a Membership in FIDE?

You don't. You play in a FIDE rated event, and if you score, you'll get a FUDE ID. You could join their official online playing site, which will get you an ID as well

Google “Turkish chess federation” and follow their instructions on joining and then find out which tournaments they recognise and play in one of those - it doesn’t need to be the official Turkish national tournament, there may be local tournament for your city or region

i want to know how to join a fide rated tournament, do i have to register on the site, or can i go to an online thing and have a sort of id? ive been trying to find an answer to this question online, but none of them works, it only just shows the date of when the tournament is being held and where. pls answer swiftly in a simple manner, thank you for ur time.

Check with your local national chess federation - it looks like you can register for their events online: https://singaporechess.org.sg/events

Hi, i dont have a FIDE ID yet but i wonder if i could compete in tournament without my FIDE ID with people who have it and have FIDE rating? Will i then get a FIDE ID and rating or i need to do something else. Thank you.

You have to have a FIDE ID to participate in a FIDE event. Generally you'll have to get that in advance.

And how i get FIDE ID in Croatia if i am not in a chess clubu? Who i must contact or call?
