Hans Niemann is legitimate top 10 right now. Discuss.

He's beaten this list of players in match play recently either in blitz online and/or live otb and in different time controls (classical,rapid, & blitz). These are all extended matches, not just a few games, & all are for money so they aren't just for fun/goofing off games. Maxime Vachiere Lagrave, Wesley So, Anish Giri, Nikita Vitiugov, Eteinne Bacrot. Oh yeah, Vidit too. His performance in classical is upper 2700's, that would be top 5 right now but combined with all the speed results it's hard to deny he's really one of the best players. & there's no possibilty of cheating, there's screening out the wazoo.
Way cool... I hope he ups the top 5 he's presently holding then 👍

In classical he is 27 th which is of course very good byt sti far (40 points) from top 10. In rapid and blitz i didńt find him in top 100.

Anyone can look at the ratings and see that Niemann is not in the top 10. There is nothing to argue about.

I was referencing his recent performance ratings, classical, rapid, & blitz all combined over the last few months in these 6 matches he's played. Looking at the current top 100 live ratings, this month Hans has had the largest rating jump out of everybody..... & he ain't cheatin. These results are legit. By the way he just finished his 6 classical games againt Bacrot. 4.5/6. His performance rating over these 18 match games is about 2800 (64% vs avg rating of 2700 in classical games). #19 right now.

Also, Hans just turned 21 only 2 months ago so there's still a lot of time to improve. He just recently left the junior top 20 list because he just turned 21 (its only for players under 21) & he'd be ranked the #4 junior in the world right now if his birthday was just a couple months different. It's looking like Hans has real top level talent but he doesn't get to develop it because of the exclusion from the tournaments that all the other young improving players get to compete in.
Let the arguments begin.
