One week to register is a good length of time. I might play, but it depends on if I can available then. Chances are I'll be able to, but we'll see.

It's your tournament to decide though. I remember chess.com club tournaments like this and ANY time you pick there will be some people it works for and some it does. chess.com just has people from literally all over the globe. Time zones make things tough to setup. I recommend just picking a time which works for you and then whoever can play can play.

If you plan on having many similar events in the future, then you can make those different times from this one if you want other people to have more chances at being included.
