How are people in bullet/blitz playing more accurately than super gms in rapid?

I don't think you understand how accuracy works lol
I was watching at the CCT and saw the accuracy of some games in the 70-80 range.
Yet I see people on this site get over 80% accuracy all the time. That seems kind of crazy.
