how good is my rating for 2 years of play?

Mid 1400s (rapid) after having only played 2 years is good. But, honestly, if you view your rating as the goal, well, you will move on and find something else. Ignore your rating, just play, and take note of how you're playing. The better you get, the more interesting the game becomes. That's the enduring call of chess. Every time you think you've "mastered it", it shows you the truth is only a few more concepts away. And away again we go, chasing the will-o-the-wisp. And the fun is in the chase after all.

A rating of around 1500 is quite good for two years play, yes.

Asking "Am I good?" isn't so good, though.

In chess, validation comes from actual results, not from canvassing opinions.

We don't vote on who gets to be the champion.
