i agree.changing countries would only confuse us sometimes but it sometimes is like an act of mock or even disrespect to their country since he/her is not supporting that

Then again, there are some privacy issues and keeping anonymous about your country is really not very offensive, but if you want to keep privacy to yourself using "international" is better. And also just because people use a certain country for their profile does not mean they are mocking that country nor are they disrespecting em.
