How Long?

 I just have one question, i know we have been over this about a million times on this site already but here goes anyway. I have one game right now where my opponent is in a DEAD LOST position i won't mention who it is but thats easy enough for anyone to find out if they choose. Here is my question, as soon as we reached the current position he took ( Vacation) now i know he is only using this to stall so i figured ok i will get the win anyway so after waiting for 1 month and 7 days for his vacation to run out he now has 3 days to make a move and 2 of those have passed but when i check the time remaining it still says he has 2 days left. How long do i have to put up with this IDIOT before i can get the win i should of had before Thanksgiving? IF you want to save yourself a lot of hassle don't ever play this moron, check out my current games if you want to know who it is he is obviously an IDIOT and should be banned from here for this kind of crap.

We are working on developing a 'sportsmanship rating' where after playing a game with another player you will be able to rate their sportsmanship during the game you played and other players will be able to see a potential opponent's sportsmanship rating before getting involved in a game with this player.
