How to give a feedback for chess.com?

Don´t really know how to do this. Have posted many times the fact that my time is eroded/spent every time faster than my opponent....also....i get disconnected all the time particularly in certain timeframes...if i could see this happening with both players i could live with it...but that is not the case...i´m posting this here since it has done noeffect to do it any other way i have tried....this spoils the fun for me...i get the feeling that big brother is watching and getting his kicks out of this...best regards...redmeister

If you have an Android device you can upgrade through the app.

After chess.com recent app update, many things are ruined. I am not able to play custom game with computer and when you play there was a abort button at starting which is replaced with resign now. Please add these features too else i guess i have to switch to lichess.org.

i did not come online for a month cause my grandfather had covid and now when he recovered and chess.com took away my rank and left me with only 218 points cheat chess.com

So many people though out 800 elo always disconnect when they are about to lose. It is unfair and it takes so long for the abort button to work. I always report them but nothing is done and almost everyone I face against does this. This is very annoying since I play rapid and the game length is 10 minutes.

Out of over 250 games, you've only won 17 games by abandonment and 7 on time.

Yes, but it mostly occurs in rapid and only when I am about to win. Also, it happens with 700-800 players. So the games in which I won from 400-700 doesn’t count. I think over the last hour I had 2-3 disconnections and I only played about 6 games

While I can't discount it may be happening to you today, it certainly isn't everyone 
Need some improvement in Mobile application...
1 .The premoves are only single for mbl app whereas multiple premoves allowed in browser.
2. swiss tournament are removed from the list of tournament in mbl app just after the tournament gets started and i need to go back to browser to join the tournament....pathetic ...
