Dear Chessfriend,
My name is Gabor Balazs. I am a Hungarian FM, fighting for the IM title. My top ELO is 2435. I have been playing chess for 21 years. I won the Hungarian Rapid Championship twice (U16 and U18).
I love teaching chess and it is very important for me that both of us enjoy the lessons beside the hard work. I have pupils almost all the levels from beginners to advanced players (1100-2200 ELO).
Why should you choose me?
- I have a widespread opening repertoire (a lot of openings are analysed by strong Grand Masters).
- I have a lot of chess books in PDF and Chessbase format, so I can teach you the main middlegame plans, the art of calculations, famous chess games and the endgame theory.
- I have elaborated, personalized training plans, which help you to improve your skills effectively.
- I help you analyse your games deeply, so you can realise your mistakes and learn from them.
- I am really flexible and hard-working person, the quality of my work is really important for me.
Please, contact me ([email protected]), if you are interested in working with me, I am looking forward to your message.
Thought process... get in habit of looking for checks captures and threats. Read Dan Heisman's articles and books on thought process. Knowledge is one thing but giving yourself a chance to assimilate that into skills is all about deliberate practice. I write a lot about this on my blog because... after all, I am ....blunderprone.
I mean what if there isn't enough time? What to do?
Understood. Thanks. May I ask you? What's your accuracy?? Is 50 accuracy great?
No
Everyone blunders sometimes. What time controls do you play under? If you consistently find yourself with a good amount of time on your clock, maybe simply invest more time into thinking about your move. Checklist:
1. Will this piece get taken with little or no compensation if you move it here?
2. Is this piece guarding another piece that requires guarding?
3. Is this piece important for your future plans, and if so, does moving it there help?
Making a summary note of best points I have seen here among all answers.
You can't stop making blunders. The best you can do is make them less frequently, and more importantly, make them the kind that are not obvious to your opponent.

I’m not spamming?
Posting club promotions in a bunch of major threads is spamming. Your other account was muted for spamming. So, yeah, stop spamming.

honestly i cant do that as that requieres premium and i am low rated because of the fact that im low rated making people play the worst openings i don't prepare for as it is pretty much impossible to find some sort of thing that is good and i get lower rated and it gets harder, when i played 8 1500 elo players irl i beat them easilly but i cannot for the life of me beat a 500 elo
elo is messed up and needs a better system as i am extremely good most of the time and i beat 6 of the 1500 elo players

Reminder to new mod...if you don't identify yourself, I could be accused of just putting green text on my own post and impersonating a mod. Also not sure why my post was chosen to make the latter point .
You also should make the edited text Green on your edit of the actual spammer's post. Have a good day.
What works for me is to keep creating a mental map of what pieces are protected and attacked by what and just keep remembering and updating this map as the game develops. At any time you should be aware about the whole board and relations among the pieces.
It's not only about only seeing what just changed after a single move but about constantly remembering the whole board.
I think puzzles also help a lot (best to train those around your level or a bit more difficult ones). Easy puzzles won't help you out with anything.
Just play against me; I'll make them before you do.
