hey everyone i recently played in an irl tournament consisting of 9 games of 12/3 with a break every 3 games and was actually doing good for the 4 first games winning 3 and drawing one but see after the fifth game (which i lost) i started blundering in ALL MY GAMES even going up to losing after having played 2 illegal moves in my last game .
so my question is :
"how to improve my chess concentration on a long time period"
