I am stuck at around 1600 elo and struggling to break through

I have been hovering around 1600 elo for about a year. I go down a few hundred sometimes when I get bad streaks, but its not difficult to make it back up. However, I can’t seem to get to 1700. My peak rating I think is 1650 and after that I can’t seem to compete. I analyze a lot of my games, but I don’t see any specific underlying issue that causes me to lose. What tips do u guys have to finally make it to 1700.
