I beat Paul Morphy, how is this possible? I'm only 1700-1800

The bot must be bad, it has to.  I just beat the morphy bot fully expecting to get crushed with killer combos.  Of course, I'll leave out that he beat me 4 times previously and this was my last attempt.  But still....I think the bot must need some tuning up.

Paul Morphy was not at an IM level, not even at an FM level. He was living in a time without computers, without theory, and was several hundred Elo points above everyone else in the world, he had no one to truly challenge him and no resources to learn other than refining his game through self analysis. He was truly a chess genius, but in today’s age of chess theory, computers, learning resources, and highly skilled players to practice with he’d be crushed. But if he was living today he’d likely rise up to the super GM level, Morphy was really just held back by his environment. The bot is fine, you just have an advantage of living through this golden age of chess
