That just players in general. Just so happens that India has a A LOT of players so you come up against them more. I wish people would resign though. It’s petty and makes no difference to the outcome.

Agreed, It's going to be a more common sight to see Indian players stall, however, that's not because they're Indian, it's because the country has a population of over 1 billion so there's going to be more Indian players as you said.

as someone already pointed, there is more players from india so greater chance to get one from there.

It’s mostly indian players, but not because indian players are more common to do this, just that there are way more indians = more indian cheaters, more indian stallers
