I should not get a cheater rating refund

I was recently notified that I got a "rating refund" for this game and I disagree with getting this refund, but I do not know where to go with this: https://www.chess.com/game/live/128450573229

Even after looking at this game three times, I do not think my opponent cheated - at least in this game (I cannot judge for any of the other games he/she played as I did not look at them). I just played bad chess. Period. I understand that people on this site would probably sell their grandmother for 20 rating points, but I honestly do not care one bit about my rating here. I only care about practicing good chess. Getting a refund for a game that I deservedly lost (bad opening, bad time management, bad calculation...) and where I do not think my opponent cheated seems wrong.

Question1: Where can I ask for a un-refund?

Question2: Chess.com seems to refund all players that played a cheater (in a specific time frame). Why aren't they just refunding those opponents where they can "prove" that cheating occurred?

See the thread "How to Contact Support" and I'm sure they could help.

I have encountered a similar issue with some of my games. I won, but I shouldn't have; I just got lucky, or my opponents ran out of time. I would like chess.com to return these rating points to my opponents....tongue

1, the key is that you didn't look at your opponents other games. They probably cheated in their other games

Some of it might be smurfing and probably cheaters intentionally throw plus look at the other games
