I was 1400 years ago, I have learnt tons of things after, and I'm still where i began. It's an illusion the idea of improvement..

you were born with it, you will die with it

Always blunder-check your moves.
Solve tactics in the right way.
Analyze your games.
Study games of strong players.
Learn how to be more psychologically resilient.

no coaching, simply cant afford money nor time for it.. I'm not sure how can one solve puzzles in the right way.. what is the right way? have i all been doing it wrong? puzzles asks for a solution and i find it? anything else?

I do check blunders, they rarely slips away. my problem -i guess- i play the same games all the time, some suggests playing the same openings to master but i hardly learn anyrhing new..

i watch strong players but never study their games, i watch them here on chess.com app watch feature. they play blitz and fast, i hardly catch the ideas.. they sometimes play my guess, but thats it.

"learn how to be more resillient psychologically" well, this might be the hardest. people easily get under my skin, they play a wrong move and losing, next thing they do is stalling, makes me mad, i cant just keep my cool, i start swearing.. not on the chat but myself. i even started to hate people because of chess..

anyways.. i appreciate your suggestions but i dont think nothing will change that way. i play chess for a looong time now, i was always around fourteen hundreds.

It's not about learning, you can be self-taught or someone helped you. no matter, it's about you have a limit and you just go there, thinking, you are progressing and breaking your limits.. in reality, you are just going to where you oughtta be.. well, the rest.. nothing, you just struggle for years, and stay in the same rating range..

Don't play chess then if it makes you hate people obviously you aren't going to learn well if you hate it

- don't guess or try to solve them quickly for more points. focus on precision. also try rather simple puzzles (double attacks, mate in 2s etc...) as they are more relevant.

i play the same games all the time, some suggests playing the same openings to master but i hardly learn anyrhing new..

- try other openings to stay interested and get confronted with something new.

i watch them here on chess.com app watch feature. they play blitz and fast, i hardly catch the ideas.

- do you really expect to learn something by watching GMs playing online blitz? there are so many great chess books out there

- also, how many slow games (+90 minutes) have you played?

Don't worry. You'll get worse as you age beyond a certain threshold.
