With permission from the chess.com staff I was wondering whether we could run a little game here are the rules.

1.Everybody starts with 1000ID's (imaginary dollars)

2.every time there is a tournament or a high profile live game people make bets before the game win loss draw etc.

3. Before hand a selected chess.com profile will get to decide the odds of the match for pay outs.

4. or you may organise by email through me that you are making a wager against another player I will edudicate the bet.

Its all for fun any suggestions for improvements will be much appreciated.

This can be done at Vote Chess, but it will take much programming.

Probably illegal in the States too, given their strict anti-gaming laws.

There are no laws against imaginary gambling.

It's not imaginary though is it?

An actual transfer takes place, even if the value of that transfer is 0.

Anyway, just a point to consider as a lot of online gaming companies, and others, lost a lot of money due to legal enforcements in this regard over the last couple of years.

Certainly, if it was me, I would be taking good legal advice before proceeding on this one. :-)

It is imaginary so I really doubt anyone would be two angry it's just like betting that doesn't effect anyone yet is still fun.
