Incorrect Puzzle

Unless I am crazy this move should be correct

Queen C8 is mate in 2, Queen A8 is mate in 2, there is no difference, yet chess.com decides that my answer was wrong and as such it reduces my rating. It is not often that a puzzle is truly wrong like this (where both options are 100% equal), but here we are. (I more often see it complain about mate in 3 as lesser then mate in 2, which I think is dumb, if you finish the mate it should be rating but thats something else) 

but this puzzle really dissapoints me, chess.com somehow missed the fact there are 2 backrank options that are just as fast as eachother.

Analyses shows both moves as options for a mate in 2: 

Your rook on C2 is pinned by the black rook on B2, so it can't retake. You're just losing your queen. In the analysis in your second post, the black rook is on B3 instead of B2, so it's not the same position.

A more interesting question is that how it got into rotation in the first place.

I was under the impression that puzzles are checked with an engine at least.

Why? The puzzle isn't incorrect, the OP just missed the pin. And in his analysis, the black rook on the B file is on a different square.

I removed my post but actually according to the engine, it's the only solution. The second post by the OP the position is set up incorrectly.

The puzzles are checked by engine but there are some instances where a deeper check finds another acceptable line. In this case, I looked at it too quickly before reporting it so it is likely a perfectly fine puzzle. The staff member that looked that the report may not have looked deeply enough at the Rxb2 line to see it evaluates as losing for white.
