How did you get involved in chess or chess.com, when you first started did you like chess or did you think it wasn't worth it. Tell me about it!

I first got involved in chess around 6 or 7, and I joined Chess.com when, after rediscovering Chess and playing Chessmaster for a few weeks, played an acquaintance and got destroyed because I kept waiting for my opponent to make an obvious mistake, and I typed in Chess into google, and came up with this site, which I have found to be amazing!

I started playing chess when I was about 8 (I think), that was 42 years ago. I found chess.com when it was mentioned on another chess site. I came to have a look and have been very impressed.
