At SuperGM level Queens Indian is considered black is worse. At your level it is completely OK if you dońt want to fight for advantage with black
Play the Indian Game (Nf6) against D4. c6 is also fine.
i am 1600 fide rated payer and want a opening against d4 . Pls recommend one
