It's not India, it's the number of pairings. I would prefer to be equally paired than have 10 India opponents in a row.
India is the country with most members on this website, therefore you will face Indians more often that other countries. Who cares anyways which country your opponent is from

They should then play amongst themselves. Not entirely, but enough to equal the pot.
Who you end up playing is going to somewhat depend on the time of day you're playing.
