Veiled accusations are still accusations. In US law it's called defamation by implication and you can be successfully sued for it, if malice can be shown. Saying that identifying veiled accusations for what they are is manipulation is dishonest, and is itself manipulation.

Freedom of speech doesn't mean anything goes. Kramnik violated chess.com's terms of service by accusing indiviual's of cheating, and persisted when warned. If someone accused you, they would face consequences as well.

These double standards and attempts to drown out the world champion by those “businessmen from chess” are deeply incorrect and will not achieve its goal.

I’m going to open a Facebook account, which I’ll report in the next couple of days, where I’ll continue to tell the truth and publish statistics chesscom is trying to ignore,no matter how hard they try to stop people from knowing it.

At the same time chess.com published a report about Hans Niemann discussing his OTB rise "anomalies" and "suspicious" OTB game. I know he admitted 2 cases of online cheating (when he was 12 and 16) but they made more accusations. And according to your logic they've accused him that he has cheated OTB. So this all is just hypocrisy.

You're missing the point. Accusation and guilt are separate issues. Whether anyone Kramnik targets is guilty or not, he clearly accuses them by implication.

What Hans admitted means little. Chess.com's cheat detection system found he cheated in about 100 games online. Ken Regan agreed. Chess.com's same system found no cheating OTB, and again Regan agreed, but the report added subjective opinions, which Regan disagreed with, a I strongly condemned them for. I still do.

I explained Hans's supposedly suspicious rise to you, but it fell on deaf ears, like everything does.

You should probably make sure you're informed before making conclusions.
