Do we see how many reports we have made of accusing people of cheating, versus how many actually doing it? According to my math, only 11.4% of our reports were actually cheating. Really guys? We are just throwing false cheating claim
Incorrect logic here. You assume that chess.com can determine cheating in 100% of the cases. Often they just can't be sure. And so actual cheater simply gets away.
And online no one is saint, it's normal to suspect cheaters online because it is so easy to cheat. This is not extremely rude. If you live with your opponent in a bunker with no electricity for 1 year just two of you and then you play OTB and you accuse him of cheating - THAT would be extremely rude.
Honestly, if I were 17, I would want to play every day with those goofy chesskid.com pieces. Those things are weird. Gives me a migraine just by thinking about it.
