At least Lichess does a good job at monitoring cheats, and the point system is actually fair. I find chess.com to be the offensive site. I will not renew membership here. Its a cash grab, at best.

A moderator is probably warning, which is what they do in tournament chess areas. This is a 15 minute warning, but I find it interesting that when your account gets closed it's either immediate in the live area or after a moderator is seen online. It used to be bufferunderrun for me. I would log in with a new account, all other moderators actively engaging in conversation for hours wouldn't do anything to my account. But when I saw him online, I would eventually get my account closed (within 5-10 minutes). Try to make an account like "bufferunderwear" or something funny like that. It won't last, and it will eventually get deleted. The only solution I see is to go incognito through a difference device.

Browse in incognito mode. Make sure the VPN killswitch is turned on. For example, do not use Hotspot Shield vpn; it does not have a killswitch.

Depends on what they mean by "multiple". If they are saying two at a time, then yes that might have been the cause for the closure of both accounts. That is why I always delete the first before making a new one. If they are saying you can't have multiple in succession, meaning you make an account, close it, then make a new one, then they should clarify that. If they are saying you did something wrong, and you make a second to find out why, they should then tell you why the first account was closed. If you aren't defiant and you agree to not break the same rule, you should be allowed back on the server after understanding their rule. Simple getting along logic 101.

So Basically I created an account 6 years ago to play casually, And then I Created another account so its anonymous and i can play blitz games. Also, My old account has a little bit of rapid games and studies so thats why i created another account, (my old ones was for opening). In 4 hours, Lichess Deleted Both accounts. I have already appealed and am waiting for a response. What further action can I take?
You should wait up to 72 hours to view your appeal. Are your accounts unbanned yet?

Just because lichess tells us their procedure, does not mean they follow it. I have seen them deliberately refuse to follow their own procedure. Its called corruption. Lichess is corrupt, which is indirectly conferred by its values being anti-democratic and their infrastructure residing outside of a healthy democracy.

Lichess is not good at catching cheaters, they are just aggressive. At least 1% of lichess users banned for cheating did not cheat. The figure is likely between 0.0001-0.001% for chess.com...
If I had to choose between letting 10 criminals loose or locking up 1 innocent person, I would choose the former (let 10 criminals loose)...
You can think that chess.com is a money cash grab and an offensive site, but those views are compatible with my views on lichess.
