new correspondence games popping up with unknown users - AI or real users?
Now, having become a little bit more familiar with the system, it seems this is what happens:
It seems the system identifies a arbitrary match for me and then makes a corresponding suggested "Challenge" pop up on my "home" page, under Daily Games, with a button with the text "Challenge". When I click that button, the system creates the game.
How can I make the system stop generating automatic Challenges?
On Settings > Daily Chess, there are some settings, and one of the settings is "Allow Challenges", which can be set to "Nobody", but that is not what I am looking for - I want to allow challenges from anyone, but only when they are created by a real person (i.e. excluding challenges automatically suggested by the system).
Hello, I just recently started using this platform for ocasional games against a friend. However, today two new correspondence games with people I don't know popped up on my dashboard within a very short timeframe. There was no formal game request or anything like that from these players before the games started. I don't mind at all playing against people I don't know, as long as they are real people and they have really intended to challenge me for a game. However, my worry is that perhaps these are just AI-generated matchings set up by the system or AI-generated (fake) users generated to bring more traffic to the platform or something like that. I wonder: Can I reasonable trust that these are real matchings generated by and with real users?
