Look at their ratings, if they have similar ratings to you they play one level above you. If they have about 100 less than you you almost certainly will win unless you make a bad mistake. If you waste a lot of rate on them and they go way up they suddenly get better really fast. Chess.com should really fix this, it isn't very nice. This is why I do not play bots

What?! That is crazy high for this bot. I thought: they must be virtually impossible to beat, so I checked the profile for @Nora-BOT and guess what? Apparently, I've beaten them in a 5 min blitz game before! I don't even remember that game lol
Here it is for those curious. By the way, obviously not a great game on my part - it is blitz vs a computer, but apparently they are not perfect in the endgame 
She blunders her queen and she beats me!!! Her accuracy is around 95+ every game! Delete her!
