If you look at the 'achievement' section in your awards, you'll find there are five achievements called 'Killer ...'. There's Killer Queen, Killer Rook, Killer Bishop, Killer Knight, Killer Pawn. They basically mean you've checkmated with the piece.
However, there's no 'Killer King'. You can technically checkmate with a king by discovered check. I think the reason there's no such achievement may be because, first, the king is not actually giving the check (though things like discovered check by a knight work I think), and second, because people would be messing around in the endgame for 40 moves to get the award.
I did this in a game (with a bot named Martin, he really didn't mind) and you can see what I mean by 'messing around in the endgame' :
Moves 32 to 75 were spent on setting the mate up.
What do you mean? There is an achievement called Killer King
(This topic is untrue, there is a Killer King achievement, don't read it. It's just you can't delete a forum post)
