Well, this is one of the most common questions asked about chess. I'm 1200 on chess.com, 1600 lichess, and unrated OTB. So, I have also searched this a million times, to help you clear your doubt, I'm writing this. So, every sites have different answer. I've defeated and drew many rated players, and many sites say that if you are 1200 chess.com, you should be around 1000.
I think that 1300 chess.com= 1600 lichess= 1000 OTB. So, I hope your doubt is now clear, bye.
