The site is constantly improving and updating but different issues can crop up, especially with the interactions between all the components.
The current problem is being actively worked on by staff.
When will chess.com ever stop hoarding all the profit they make and just invest in sorting this never ending problem out
You don't see heavy data/heavy usage sites like youtube, Facebook, Twitter constantly crashing due to server issues and they are far far bigger than this site with far more traffic. Just seems very amateurish on their part.
