Taking too long to get paired

Try picking some more common time controls, like 3/0, 3/2, 10/15, 1/2, and 5/0. You also may be in the poor sports group, but I won’t elaborate on that.
Basically what cocolove said. You shouldn't be having trouble getting pairings at common time controls unless you were put into a bad pool
i mean the only reason i would be in the poor sports group would be for aborting too many games because I refrain from using the chat most of the times. How long do I stay in here and is there a way to tell if I am actually in that pool? I play 3+2 mostly and it doesnt work too well
For some reason, since a few days ago, it's taking ages for me to get paired up for a game. Also, I have been having problems with my connection and have ended up losing games which I am supposed to have abandoned. I have NEVER abandoned a game and on the few ocassions when I have had a power outage and lost my connection, I always send a message of apology to my opponentexplaing the reasons for my so called, abandonment. Therefore,I can't possibly imagine being in a poor sports group. I also receive messages that I am currently playing when I am not!
What is going pn with this site? For about five days now, it's taking ages to find a match! It was never a problem until very recently. It has now become more entertaining to sit and watch paint dry!

Its taking me like 3 minutes to get paired on chess.com for any game. And every time I get paired up its either with someone much higher than my rating or much lower than me. Can someone help? Is this my fault or is it the servers? everything was going well until my last blitz game
