If And Theroretically Magnus Carlson Wants To Play A Match I’M DOWN
The main reason to decline rematches. FEAR
I don't expect any of you to openly admit to fear. Your responses are predictable and nothing new.
To those saying, 'everyone here disagrees with you', if the majority of you are afraid to lose in a rematch, do you really think you'd be here agreeing with me?
I anticipated these responses.
But the fact remains... The main reason to decline rematches. FEAR
Fear? We don't do rematch because we don't want to. You think everyone does rematches like chess GMs do when they play against abother GM in chess.com. What's the big deal anyway? Is it bad? Does it end the world? Or just a reason to call everyone a coward since most of the people here don't even offer rematches or decline rematches. I don't decline rematches but when they win, most of them don't even do another rematch. If they want to do a rematch if their opponent offers them a rematch, then fine accept it, if they don't want, it's fine, you can't just call someone cowardly for not rematching.
I generally offer a second game when I played a very competitive game where I can tell I won due to a slip, especially if the person was playing in a respectful way. I try to make friends here as well.

Well, if having a 'life' means not engaging in passionate discussions about chess on a forum... then sign me up for the NO LIFE Grandmaster title. 🏆♟️
But hey, at least we’re out here debating strategy, history, and the future of the game. What’s more exciting—pondering Magnus’ legacy or endlessly scrolling social media? I think we know the real winner here. 😉
Call it no life if you want, but this is our checkmate zone, and we’re living it up one thread at a time. 💻😂
Exactly. I don't know what OP thinks they're on to, but they are NOT on to anything.
