Two boards -- not one. Color theory in chess.

Hi all,

I've been looking into IM Yaacov Norowitz's "Dacha" style of chess.  He "builds a home" with pawn "bricks", and then moves his pieces on the opposite color of the pawn structure.  Yes, pretty standard; however, then he dives into new territory with his concept of "color money."  Basically, after a piece imbalance on the board, you determine the square color to "invest" in -- which color becomes more valuable.  You trade and attack, accordingly.  He has an academy online, with free stuff (tactics and videos).  I'm curious what you all think.  BTW, he's a world blitz leader -- beating top GMs quite regularly here on chess.com.  Incredibly interesting.  And yes, I know, not where I should be focusing with my current rating.  Nonetheless, I'm curious what y'all think.
