Unable to BLOCK Certain Players Now???

If a member has blocked you already then you can't block them.

Obviously on the "if already blocked" this is new and not blocked
The block function is sub-par on this site. That rule doesn't make sense... It doesn't seem to filter out peoples posts either. I've had people who blocked me but continued quoting / responding to me while I couldn't block them, and even if I did... it wouldn't achieve anything. This whole forum could use alot of improvement...
Probably the code for this forum is a rats nest just barely working but no one remembers how anymore, would be my guess...
