hello from the future how can you get all these ratings. I know you have to play in USCF tournaments, but how can you get to a USCF or FIDE tournament?

If you get 2200 elo, you are a CM. If you get top 3 in any nation or continental or world, you are also a CM

Hello!
I have been trying to find out how people become CMs (Candidate Masters), and I couldn't find the requirements anywhere. Does anyone know? I know how norms and ratings work for GMs and IMs, but couldn't find anything on CMs.
just 2200 FIDE, some performance norms i dont think are required and pretty much i think its the only title which doesnt need special limitations to attain, its pretty generic overall

FM is also a ratings only title.

Hi. I'm a pre-teen hoping to become a CM at some point in my life. I have not participated in any "official" chess games. How long will it take for me to become a CM? What are some tips on how?
My OTB is 961, online USCF is 1840.
My OTB is "0 or N/A", online chess.com is 2000+. Nothing surprising.
