#2: Did you misread the question? Man asked about openings for black. London is opening for white.

#1: There is no such thing like “the best chess opening”, otherwise every GM would play it.

Most common openings at super GM level are: Against 1.e4: e5, sicilian, carokan, french. Against 1.d4: Queens gambit declined, slav, Nimzo indian, queens gambit accepted, gruenfeld (i probably forgot something). Then there are some openings considered slightly less sound, for example kings indian or Alekhine, but these are perfectly playable at club level. To pick opening which suits you most just needs method of trial and error. Choose some opening, learn some theory and play it for few monthhs. Then you can compare your succes with succes with other openings.

The best opening for black is Qxf1# but people always yell at me "YOU CAN'T DO THAT". Blah blah bleh. Bunch of sore losers.

Against 1.e4 I recommend the Kan Sicilian. Magnus plays it, too.

Against 1.d4 I recommend the King's Indian or Grunfeld Defense. It is a bit more solid than the Modern and richer than the Scandinavian.

The best opening for Black often depends on your style of play.
